Spirit of Youth Awards
It's that time of year again when you can nominate a young person for all their volunteering and community efforts. Spirit of Youth 2009, organised in conjunction with the Perth and Kinross Youth Council and the Muirton Park Youth Crew, to recognize young people's contributions across Perth & Kinross.
